Introduction

The only version of the Tripseats privacy policy that is legally binding is the English one. Any versions translated into another language are for convenience only. If any discrepancies between a translation and the English version arise, the English master takes precedent.

This policy, alongside our Terms of Use and documents referred to in it, explains how any personal data we collect from you or you make available to us, will be used by Tripseats.

This policy is applicable to the Tripseats websites and mobile applications (the apps) in different markets that are operated by Tripseats (“Tripseats”). We take your privacy seriously and the aim of our privacy policy is to give you a clear idea of how we collect, use, and protect personal information about users of our website and apps. Personal information is information that is personally identifiable like your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, etc. By using the facilities on our website and the apps you consent to the terms described in this document.

Collecting information

Tripseats may collect and process the following data about you:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website or apps. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our site or apps.

  • Details of particular services you are interested in.

Tripseats does not require you to enter any personal information in order to search our websites or apps, nor when being transferred to third-party websites.

Tripseats may update this policy. We’ll notify you about major changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to via our newsletter or by placing a notice on our site.
